Extended Stay America Suites - Baton Rouge - Citiplace Rooms

Excellent staff

We’ve stayed here several times. Prices are going up and the wear-and-tear on the hotel shows everywhere. They used to have kitchen supplies, but now only cups, plates, two forks and knives, nothing to cook with. Showers and shower curtains dirty. Two of four washing machines out of order and a long line to use them.

I have nothing good to say about this hotel that tried to steal from me after I was told that I would not be charged because the booking site booked a room that they did not have available.

Easy to book, location was easy to get to. Staff made everything right.

The location was really the only good thing I could say. The room was large and the mini kitchen looked decent but I didnt use it.

I liked the location of the facility and the fact they had ample space for my dog to walk about the property. The room was a nice size, with microwave and refrigerator.
